This screen is used by supervisors and 
			managers to authorise timesheets for some or all of their employees 
			without having to display individual daily or weekly timesheets and 
			authorise them one at a time.
			
			You can authorise some or all of the 
			records directly from this screen, or drill down into individual 
			daily or weekly timesheets to check details and authorise them 
			separately if required.
			
			You can filter the employees displayed 
			and, if you are viewing a multi-week salary type, you can display 
			the month as a single entry or split the weeks and display them 
			individually.
			
			The Auth column displays the status of 
			the timesheet. It can be:
			
				- 
				
				No - the timesheet is not 
				authorised. 
- 
				
				Part - the timesheet is 
				part authorised. Not all days in a weekly timesheet or weeks in 
				a multi-week timesheet are authorised. 
- 
				
				Yes - the timesheet has 
				been authorised. 
			You can view individual timesheets by 
			clicking on the relevant hyperlink in the Pay Period column.
			
			How do I 
			authorise timesheets?
			
				- 
				
				Select the required Salary Type. 
- 
				
				If required, change the Pay 
				Period using the < and > buttons. 
- 
				
				(Optional) If you are 
				viewing a multi-week salary type, tick Split to split the 
				weeks and display them individually. 
- 
				
				(Optional) Use the Sort 
				and Filter drop-downs to filter the employees displayed. 
- 
				
				Tick the boxes next to the 
				employees to be authorised, or click Select All to tick 
				all the displayed employees. 
- 
				
				Click Authorise. The 
				selected timesheets are authorised and ready to be transferred 
				to Payroll using the Payroll Interface. 
			How do I 
			unauthorise timesheets?
			
				- 
				
				Select the required Salary Type. 
- 
				
				If required, change the Pay
