		How do I set up company holidays? 
			
			
			You can set up standard holidays that apply to all 
			employees within the company. This includes all statutory 
			Public Holidays as well as any other privilege days. 
			
			To do this: 
				
				Select the 
				required Year.
				Click on the 
				first holiday date. A data entry screen is displayed. Ignore the 
				warning message.
				
				
				Enter the 
				Description
				which can be
				
				up to 30 characters (e.g. New Years Day).
				
				Select the 
				
				Holiday Type
				
				from the drop-down list.
				
				Select the 
				
				Analysis Code
				
				from the drop-down list. This is what will appear on timesheets 
				and reports.
				
				Click 
				
				Save. 
				A message is displayed confirming that the holiday has been 
				added to the database.
				Click Back 
				to return to the calendar where you can enter further holiday 
				dates as required.
