This screen is
used by an Optimum system administrator to associate clocks/devices
to PCs and communications ports/protocol. You can also set the
position on a polling list of the upload program and whether the
clock/device is active or inactive.
Caution! Do not change any of
the settings on this screen unless you have been advised to do so by
NorthgateArinso or you have had relevant training. Changing these
settings could cause your Optimum system to behave unpredictably or
stop working.
PC ID is
the unique identifier which identifies the PC. It must have been
defined on the PCs screen.
Device No
is the unique identifier which identifies the clock or device. It
must have been defined on the Inventory
screen.
Poll Seq
is the position on the polling list.
Status
indicates whether the device is online (Active) or offline (Inactive).
