		How do I set up or edit leave entitlements 
		for individual employees? 
			If you want to 
			set up a new leave entitlement: 
				
				Select the 
				employee whose record you want to change. You can use the 
				Search to refine the displayed list of employees.
				Click New.
				Complete all 
				mandatory fields (indicated by 
				*).
				Add maximum 
				and minimum carry forward limits if required (Max. C/F 
				and Max Neg C/F). 
				To set the maximum number of days that the 
				employee can bring forward from the following holiday year, 
				enter a negative value in Max Neg C/F. For example, to allow 
				employees to bring 3 days forward from next year, enter -3. 
				
				Select the Use by date. This is the 
				date by which any days carried forward have to be used by or 
				they will be lost.
				When all 
				fields are complete, click Save. If you want to 
			edit an existing entitlement: 
				
				Select the 
				employee whose record you want to change. You can use the 
				Search to refine the displayed list of employees.
				Select the 
				Entitlement that you want to edit.
				Make the 
				required changes, and click Save.
