		How do I run retail roster build reports? 
			
				
				
				Select the required Week 
				Beginning Date using the calendar popup or the << and
				>> buttons.
				
				In Sort, select the group 
				item to be used to group the employees by in the report (e.g. 
				Cost Centre) and click Go.
			
			Output To defines how the 
			report is output. It can be: 
				
				
				Screen - This is the 
				default. The report is displayed on the screen in a layout which 
				is designed to be read on screen.
				
				Print Friendly - The report 
				is displayed on the screen in a layout which is designed to be 
				easy to print.
				
				MS Excel - The report is 
				created as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. You can open it or 
				save it to disk.
				
				PDF - The report is created 
				as a PDF document. You can open it or save it to disk.
				
				(Optional) Tick Show FTE 
				to display the FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) value for each group 
				in the report.
				
				(Optional) Tick Show 
				Custom Totals to display totals for each group in the 
				report.
				
				Click Run Report to run the report. 
			The report is displayed according to the option you selected in Output To.
