			This screen is 
			used by an Optimum system administrator to create and maintain rules 
			procedures in Optimum.
			Rules are 
			calculations which take place between employees' clockings and the 
			rosters they are allocated to. The rules are used to calculate the 
			analysis hours on the bottom half of the timesheet screens.
			
			How do I create a new rule?
			
				- 
				
				Click New.

				Enter Profile Code. This must be a 
				unique code. 
- 
				
				Enter a more meaningful 
				Description to help you identify this rule. The 
				Description and the File Name will be displayed in 
				the Rules Procedures list.

				Enter the File Name. This 
				is the name of an Optimum program file. 
- 
				
				Click Save.
