System settings
are used to define and control all the parameters which tailor
Optimum to your organisation's requirements.
System ID is
a unique number. When new settings are entered Optimum defaults this
value to the next available number.
System Code
is a unique code which
identifies the system setting.
Description
describes what the system code is for and any other important
information (e.g. the default).
System Value
holds any applicable values for the system setting.
If Allow
Update is ticked, the system setting can be updated in Optimum.
If Allow
Delete is ticked, the system setting can be deleted from
Optimum.
