Your daily
timesheet displays all clockings and any leave, absences or
infringements that have occurred on the selected
day. To view this, select Daily Timesheet from the menu.
Changing which day is displayed on the
timesheet
When you first go into the screen, it will show the
current day.
To change which day is displayed, you can either:

use the
or
keys
to scroll to the required day and press Display,
or

use the drop-down calendar to select the required
day and press Display.
Elements on the daily timesheet
The top section of
the daily timesheet shows, for each clocking:
-
whether the clocking has been manually amended
(cell will display "yes"), or not (cell will display "no")
-
the time of
the clocking
-
the
direction of the clocking
-
the
clocking type
-
the cost centre that the work is attributed to
-
the
department that the work was carried out in
-
the grade
in effect for the work
-
your status
at the time of the work
-
any
comments associated with the clocking
The lower section of the daily
timesheet gives the details of any non-standard portions of the day,
for example if you were absent for the morning, and which are
attributed to analysis codes. The details provided are:
-
whether the analysis data has been manually
amended (cell will display "yes"), or not (cell will display
"no")
-
the amount
of time attributed to the analysis code
-
the code
that the hours have been assigned to
-
the cost centre associated with the period
-
the
department associated with the period
-
the grade
in effect
-
your status
at the time of the work
-
any
comments associated with the period
