Master data can be exported out 
			of or imported in to Optimum. When exporting data, you have the 
			option of e-mailing this direct to the support team so that they can 
			investigate the data if needed.
			
			 
			
			
			Exporting master data out of Optimum
			
				- 
				
				Select 
				Import/Export Master Data from the menu. 
- 
				
				Select tables you want to export. The tables 
				are grouped so make them easier to find and select. If you want 
				to export all the tables in one group, tick the All box 
				above the group. 
- 
				
				Select the Export radio button at the 
				bottom of the screen. 
- 
				
				If you want to email the data to the support 
				team, tick the Email box. 
- 
				
				Click Export. The file will be 
				exported to the directory listed in the File Location 
				field, which has been specified on the System Settings page. 
				
				If the export is successful, 
				you will receive a message telling you which tables have been 
				exported.
			
			
			Importing 
			master data into Optimum
			
				- 
				
				Select Import/Export 
				Master Data from the 
				menu. 
- 
				
				Select tables you want to import data into. 
				The tables are grouped so make them easier to find and select. 
				If you want to import all the tables in one group, tick the 
				All box above the group. 
				
				
				Caution! When data is imported into Optimum, it will 
				overwrite any data that already exists in the table.
				 
				
				Data will be imported from the 
				directory specified in the Import/Export File Location.

				receive a message telling you which tables have been imported.
